Cooking Directions (For 2-4 Serving)
1. Bring water (2 cup or 500g.) to boil in a pot,
Add Tom Yam Set. Stir and wait 4-5 minutes.
2. Add the mushrooms, onion and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add any kinds of meat or seafood. Wait until cooked.
Optional : Add 50 grams of milk or coconut milk for thick soup.
4. Add Thai roasted chilli paste (Nam Prick Pao.),
if you like your soup spicy. season with lime juice,
fish sauce or salt and sugar.
